The first, automatically selected option says “People you choose through targeting.” This is what you want. Hit “edit” to tailor to your desired audience’s age group, location, interests and gender.

The size of the audience depends on how prominent your nonprofit is on social media, but usually just a couple of bucks will get you up to 1,000 more views on your post each day.
